Troy is passionate about reaching people for Christ as well as building a business that is based on honesty and integrity. Troy has gained his experience from hands on work in construction for over 30 years. He started TM PROS in order to fulfill his dreams and purpose in life.

Hala has always had a strong desire to help people. Prior to working with TM PROS full time, she worked with large corporations as an IT project manager which gave her a large skill set to manage all aspects of the office. She left the corporate world to pursue her dream of being self-employed and increase God's kingdom.
