Troy Skinner rehabilitated a living room and a kitchen for me. It wasn't an easy job because the living room was originally a carport that had been closed in many years ago. There were also several roof leaks that caused damage to include rotting of rafters and mold. All of the ceilings and sheetrock and floor coverings in both rooms were removed in both the living room and kitchen. Ceilings were raised in both rooms along with the kitchen cabinets, which also received new moldings at the ceiling. New trim work was installed throughout.The kitchen and laundry were expanded into the living room area. New pickwick paneling was installed in both rooms, along with new sheetrock, new windows and doors, new steps, new countertops and new hardwood flooring. A new farmhouse sink was installed, etc, etc....Troy and I worked together over a 4 month period. I say 'we worked together' because even though I couldn't be there physically, we talked at least once a day, some days required multiple conversations. Troy always made himself available to talk to me even if I had a thought over the weekend, he would always respond. He was amazing to work with because he never said no to an idea, instead he would come up with several alternatives as to how that idea could be implemented. I trust him implicitly to do the job, do it with great expertise , come to work when he says he will, to be in my home and take care of its contents (he even took the time to make sure my dog was taken care of and moved from place to place to keep him safe). I highly recommend Troy Skinner because he is part of a dying breed of contractors that do what they say they will do. We will definitely be working together again on future projects.

Project: Repair Exterior Trim
Troy and team are great to work with. They have now done a couple of projects at my house replacing siding and some windows and doing some repair work on damaged trim. Troy is always very responsive. I have met several of the TMP crew and everyone is always very pleasant to work with.
